Here's one simple way to play it on piano and guitar: GUITAR: If you play a regular C chord and just take your finger off the B string, then you have a C7 chord: normal C chord: e- 0 (play open) B- 1 G- 0 D2 A- 3 E- x (mute) C7 chord: e- 0 B- 0 C-E-G-B for C7) Yes, this means FOUR fingers playing one chord :O Now, when I play this song on piano, I start off the verse with a 2nd inversion C chord, and from there the C7 is super easy. All you gotta do is play what looks like an inversion of an Em chord but still play a C in the bass; so basically, you just switch out the C in your 2nd inv.
