There have been plenty of requests for this one and it's a great song so I'm not surprised. I think there will be some puzzled, and maybe even disppointed, players out there though; this thing is a bitch. The actual rhythms and fingerings are relatively easy, but the tuning is murder. You'll need telephone-poles for strings in order to pull this one off (I used a set of .013's on a Maison dreadnought) because this just won't stay in tune. Hit the low E (now low C) just a tad too hard and you're out of tune. Playing instructions are few, just let ring as much as possible. I'm not quite sure about the F-chord in Rhy. Fig 4; it sounds good with the album but hasn't got quite the ring you'd expect when played by itself. When there are a- and b-forms the a's are on the left and the b's are on the right. Rhy. Fig 4 is panned dead center as is the solo. Rhy. Fig 4 is played by a very damped or muted instrument. I can't be sure but at times it sounds a little like a banjo. Wouldn't bet on it though.
