I learned most of the chords from the INXS fanclub Podcast where JD sings it accompanied with only an acoustic guitar, so I'm sure this is 99% correct (it's much harder to tab from the album version where the guitar is hidden behind the strings). It's in the key of F# I believe. But whenever I see so many sharpened chords, I suspect a capo was used. If all the sharpened barre chords make your hand sore, place a capo on the first fret, and lower each chord a semi-tone, so C# become the easy-to-form C chord, F# becomes F, A# becomes A, etc. That way you still can play along with the album in key without the trouble of the barre chords.
