At the fourth stanza, fourth line, beginning at "new song," (Am) the strumming changes all down strokes until the fifth stanza, last line at "here now" (D). Then go back to strumming. Towards the ending, the chords are slightly arbitrary, but you can either listen by ear improvise based off the chords given.
